Trio Accused of Trespassing in Malden

Here are arrests made by Malden Police between Dec. 23-27:

Trio Accused of Trespassing in Malden

At 2:34 p.m. Dec. 24, Malden Police conducted a general investigation on Summer Street. Denwich Bastien, of 25 Hosmer St., Mattapan, was arrested and charged with trespassing and possession of an illegal knife. Phull Mondesir, of 679 Cross St., Malden, and Khadafi Bastien, of 79 Pearl St., Chelsea, were each charged with trespassing. 

Dec. 27

2:14 a.m.: Police responded to Econo Lodge motel on Broadway Street following a report of a disturbance. Ricardo Acen, of 1618 Garner St., Roxbury, was arrested.

7:15 p.m.: Israel Ramos, of 23 Shawmut St., Malden, was arrested on a warrant.

Dec. 26

5:01 p.m.: Police conducted an investigation on Commercial Street. Stanley Jeudy, of 71 Saint Claire Road, Brockton, was arrested and charged with possession of an illegal knife.

10:39 p.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop in the area of Clarendon and Main Streets. Robert Bartles, of 80 Hancock St., Everett, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense.

Dec. 24

10:40 a.m.: Police were called to Autobody Squad on Canal Street for a report of a breaking and entering into a business. Edward Diaz, homeless, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle and a felony count of nighttime breaking and entering.

11:42 a.m.: Police responded to Stop & Shop Supermarket on Charles Street for a report of shoplifting. Christopher Rogers, of 10 Cedar Terrace, Everett, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

1:32 p.m.: Police were called to Stop & Shop Supermarket on Charles Street for a report of shoplifting. Amy Palmer, of 278 Charles St., Malden, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense.

Dec. 23

8:09 a.m.: Police responded to Woodrow Avenue on a report of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle. Francis Pisani, of 22 Salisbury Road, Wakefield, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle and possession of an illegal knife.
