"The (Sex Offender Registry) Board has determined that (Dominic Morabito) is at a high risk to reoffend and that the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a substantial public safety interest is served by active community notification," reads the website. "This individual is not wanted by the police."
On March 6, 1981, Morabito was convicted of assault with intent to commit rape, according to the website.
