Malden Man Accused of Raping Family Friend

A Malden man is accused of raping an underage and intellectually disabled family friend.

A Malden man is accused of raping an underage and intellectually disabled family friend, according to a report by The Associated Press on the Boston Herald website.

A court-appointed defense attorney entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of Andie Jean, 23, of 33 Baker St., Malden, on charges of raping a child by force, indecent assault and battery on a person with an intellectual disability, according to a report by The Daily Item of Lynn.

Jean was ordered held without bail on Monday in Lynn District Court. Jean, who was arrested on Sunday, is expected to reappear in court for a dangerousness hearing o Sept. 17

"A relative of the alleged victim told police he found Jean in the girl's bedroom, and both were in a state of partial undress," reads the report.
