The 2011 Malden Primary was marked by a 11% voter turn-out - with numbers as low as 70 voters in some polling places – but will nevertheless shape the ballot for November's general election. Candidates kicked out of the running during yesterday's primary election said they would continue to attend city meetings and give back to the community, but not without the expected disappointment of a post-concession interview. “I knew that it would be a long shot to win the election in November, but I was hoping to get through the primary to continue campaigning and meeting new residents,” at-large candidate Andrew Pepoli said. Nolan Bagley, 23, of Upham Street in Malden was arrested and charged with breaking and entering during the daytime with the intent to commit a felony.  Bagley was also charged with assault and battery in connection with a home break-in in Arlington. Police said Rolando Gala, 29, of 68 Dale St., Apt 2, Revere was identified from the video surveillance system by the FBI Boston Bank Robbery Task Force. Gala is charged with entering the bank and demanding money from the bank teller.
