Voting Begins For The 'Voice Of City Hall' Contest

The contest has been narrowed down to four leading entrants, and community members can vote online on which voice they'd prefer to hear on City Hall answering machines.

Don't want to hear an unpleasant voice when leaving a message for your city officials? Mayor Christenson's Office doesn't want you too, either.  That's why his administration is running the "Voice Of City Hall" contest, and now that they have reduced the pool of entrants to four voices, they're putting the final decision up to a vote.   To vote for the volunteer who will record the phone tree options and default departmental voicemails for the City, head to the City of Malden website, listen to the soundbites, and choose your favorite.
