Cub Scouts Skip Holiday Party to Help Others

Local Cub Scout Pack 603 opted to help out local food pantry "Bread of Life," forgoing their holiday party this year.

Malden Cub Scout Pack 603 skipped their annual holiday party this year and instead made it about giving and helping others in the community. They joined forces with the Bread of Life and assisted on two separate occasions with packaging gifts that the Bread of Life hands out on Christmas Day. “It is wonderful to see the Cub Scouts donating their time to help others in need,” said Mayor Christenson, “We’ve got some great kids in Malden!”

Before you light the menorah, make sure you have all the ingredients for some great brisket, latke, and sufganiyot. Although there are many recipes, below are a few to try during the eight nights.
