Malden Board of Health Out of Flu Vaccine

Residents without insurance can collect limited vouchers for free shots available through the city.

The Malden Board of Health has announced they have run out of flu vaccine, and urged interested residents to seek other sources this season.  Demand has skyrocketed as experts note a significant spike in infections this year.  "Local pharmarcies such as Walgreens and CVS accept most health insurances," a statement on the city website reads. For those without health insurance, the office will be providing a limited number of free vouchers for flu shots.  Call the Board of Health clinic at 781-397-7000 x2054 for more information.  For a list of facilities offering flu shots this year, check out our list of local suppliers.
