Vocal Voters Head to Malden Polls

Turnout still seems low at City Hall and Ward 3's Beebe School

Karen Anderson wasn't kidding - voter turnout seems, at least this early afternoon, to be low at City Hall and Beebe School. *** Packie Shea was seen leaving Beebe school, and said he supported Deborah Fallon for mayor. "I had six older sisters," Shea laughs when asked why he supported Fallon. He also said he liked the new energy she felt she would bring to city hall when he met her earlier this year. "I said hey, it's time for a change." *** You could probably guess who got Patrick and Patricia Simonelli's vote for Ward 3 city councilor. The aunt and uncle of former councilor Chris Simonelli, who is running an at-large seat this year, said they supported Gary Christenson for mayor. “Just to get somebody new in the system,” Patricia said…
