Boston Police arrested a man in connection to the 2004 murder of Malden resident Julaine Jules. Boston’s Cold Case squad worked with Boston homicide detectives, Malden and state police in the investigation, according to a statement released by Boston Police on Wednesday night. Report: Holland Pool Closed After Woman's Body Found in Fall River DCR Pool

The DCR commissioner said all of the agency’s deepwater pools will be closed while a review of safety and operations procedures is undertaken over the next 24 to 48 hours, according to The Boston Globe.

Holland Memorial Pool on Mountain Avenue in Malden and 29 other swimming pools operated by the state Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) are closed until further notice, after a woman's body was found floating in a Fall River DCR pool last night, the Boston Globe reports. The Globe reported that authorities said Marie Joseph, 36, was found floating in the Veteran’s Memorial Swimming Pool at Lafayette Park, and that DCR Commissioner Edward M. Lambert Jr. said in a statement that the agency’s deepwater pools will be closed while a review of safety and operations procedures is undertaken over the next 24 to 48 hours.
