Two men were attacked with a baseball bat around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of a serious assault near Lincoln Commons around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Two males reportedly suffered broken noses after an altercation resulted in an attack with baseball bats, according to a family member of one of the victims. Both were treated for their injuries. The incident remains under investigation, according to a police spokesman.

Malden Police confirmed they arrested two individuals in connection with the robbery of a city cab driver Wednesday. Jason Stephen Russell, 34, of Malden, and Jaime Lyn Diaco, 34, of Haverhill, were arrested and charged with one count of armed robbery and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon. Both were arrested without incident when an officer recognized the pair at the Charles St. Stop and Shop, Lt. Det. Marc Gatcomb said.
