Anontio Lacey of Everett allegedly fired a single shot during an argument near Elmwood Pharmacy at Malden Center.
The 22-year old victim was taken to Mass General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries Tuesday night.

Officers said it exhibited "strange behavior" which warranted killing the creature, which has been spotted in numerous places throughout Malden.
Bradley Upham, 43, allegedly assaulted the child's mother and took an 18-month-old child from the home. He later called the home and said he was at relative's home with the child, who was unharmed.
Malden Police were in hot pursuit of an intoxicated man who stole an 18-month old baby on foot early Thursday morning. They apprehended the suspect less than half an hour later.
