Nestled on the Malden-Revere line, Overlook Ridge Fire Station is the newest station in Malden. The facility was build by the developers of the nearby Roseland residental complex as part of a mitigation deal with both cities.
Malden fire stopped operating out of Overlook in mid-2010 after budget cuts wer eimplemented.

This is such a waste of taxpayer money again. We still have to maintain station our share from Revere. We don't need a new station. With all the new mandated fire codes you could do with what we have.
