This body shop is a joke "DO NOT USE THEM", they are called Impact Auto but also go by Nortshore Collision INC. Because they have screwed over so many people and vendors they now operate under another name. Again, instead of Impact Auto they now use Northshore Collision, but they are the same company same management and owner. Don't let them fool you. I have used a lot of body shops in my days and this is far the worst shop I have ever experienced in my life. Not only is the work terrible but the service is beyond terrible if that is possible. Brought my car there on the recommendation of a friend "some friend" and my car was in the shop for 44 days. They basically hickjacked my car because they already had the money from the insurance company that was paid directly to the shop. The car sat there for the first 2 weeks and then they had to call in supplementals and the car went another week without any work being done other then the door panal and rear bumper were removed. Mind you my car was there for somewhat minor repair work. I had to have dents taken out of the door and replace the rear bumper. They ende dup sticking me with a rental car bill of $883 that they kept promising to pay. To top it off the when I got the car back after 44 days the work wasn't even done properly. When I tried to civilly get them to fix the work that they had done wronf they did nothing but give me the run around. Please if you know what is good for you do not use this shop.

IMPACT AUTO IMPACTED MY LIFE..... IN A BAD BAD WAY!!
My car sat there for over 6 months. Everytime I called I got the run around or voicemail. I left countless messages and NOT one was ever returned. After having enough of their nonsence I pulled my car out and had it towed to the dealership I purchased it from. I asked them to review the work done by (IMPACT AUTO, NORTHSHORE COLLISION INC, HIGHEND CUSTOMS) and over $8000.00 worth of repairs were either not done or done incorrectly!! The owner (FREDDY) is a slime ball and a cheat. This con should be in jail!! DONT LET THEM IMPACT YOUR LIFE!!!
