Malden Arts will be having its eighth annual Window Arts Malden exhibition for three weeks starting Sunday, Sept. 22, according to the Malden Arts website.

Windown Arts Malden will run from Sept. 22 to Oct. 13. There will also be a mayor's reception on Sept. 26 from 6-8 p.m. at the Malden Senior Center.

"Window Arts Malden, the flagship Malden Arts project, is celebrating its 8th season matching artists with downtown Malden locations (storefronts and other appropriate sites) where they will exhibit their work," reads the site. "This year's participants are comprised of over 30 local artists with work in abroad range of styles and mediums, such as photography, painting, jewelry, fiber arts and printmaking.

"Window Arts Malden will infuse the city’s center with quality art, stimulate activity and commerce in the downtown area, and strengthen community bonds around the arts," adds the site.
