Hundreds turned out for the in Malden Monday, organized by the to raise money for the American Lung Association.
Marcello Scippa of Brookline won the 10k race, crossing the finish line in just under 40 minutes.
Brendan Kearney of Cambridge, the track coach at Malden Catholic High, came in first place in the 5k contest, finishing the race in 18:01.
