Malden High Track Teams Take GBL Titles
It was the first time in school history that both the boys and girls teams won the league championship.
The Malden High boys and girls indoor track teams recently won their respective Greater Boston League championships, according to the city.
Both teams were underdogs to Cambridge Rindge & Latin going into the meet. It was the girls team’s first ever league title, and the first time in school history that both teams won their respective titles at the same meet.
The teams are coached by David Londino, Jason Payuer and assistant coach Chris Kaulbfliesch.
