TRX Basics
Beginner friendly TRX Basics class is for those new to the TRX and just getting started! The TRX Basics workout will help you increase total-body flexibility, promote stability, mobility and develop core strength. This class focuses on developing the basic TRX movements & technique while earning your progressions.
New users are encouraged to attend this session. All levels welcome!
Core Cardio Fitness is a premier fitness studio, located in Malden MA. The studio concept was created and developed in 2011 by two brothers, Richard Desir and Ashley Lissaint. They are avid fitness enthusiasts who are passionate about personal health and fitness.
