Sunday Morning Yoga- All Levels

Students are offered a variety of stretches, twists, light sun salutations and balance poses, all while maintaining focus on breath through the practice. Variations are taught during the sun salutations that allow students to have an experience that is truly their own. Requests to work on specific body parts (tight shoulders, lower back, etc.) are also taken by the instructor.
