Fitness & Run Bootcamp class for all levels! The class is 55 minutes and includes 1 to 2 miles of outdoor run as well as 15 to 20 minutes of core and floor exercises. All ages, shapes fitness levels and abilities are welcome as we work through mixes of traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises as well as interval training that involves burts of high intensity work.
