This is like ground hog day the movie. Every few years we rip up Pleasant st and flip over the bricks and say hey look a new Pleasant st, we added a parking spot!! . Just tear down City hall and then you'll have something to brag about. Oh ya, stop re arranging the chairs on the MRA...time for some new blood there.

We don't need those super sized side walks. Were the side walk jets out bring it back in for more on street parking. On street parking is where it's at. Offer steep discounts for store owners and employees for the garages. You don't have the volume on the sidewalk to justify the super size. Nobody will park in the garage for quick stop into a store like Sunrise Convenience and Postal. (a very good store for shipping items) Especially if they have a package to carry in. Just some food for thought.
