How come this Francis Pisani is still walking the streets? In June 27, 2012 he was arrested for dealing drugs near high school, in October 25 was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, April 2008 - arrested for drug possession.. And on, and on... Do people ever go in jail in this state???

Thank the judges and the DA at Malden District Court. Most of the people are back on the street before the cops have even written their reports. It's a joke down there.
