The site of a Christmas Day home fire has rekindled Thursday afternoon, according to Twitter reports.

At 4:20 p.m., @GBINInfo tweeted "'all out' sounded.. Fire Detail is being set up for 7 Coburn Street."

More than a dozen residents, including six children, of a
Coburn Street multifamily were left homeless Christmas morning when a fire caused by an electrical problem located in the walls caused considerable damage to the top floor of the two-and-a-half story structure, according to the Malden Fire Department.

The fire started around 6:30 a.m. at 7 Coburn St., located a block from Eastern Avenue and near Malden High School.

There was extensive damage to the second floor and attic, according to fire officials, as the blaze was located in the walls and ceiling of both areas.

Four firefighters suffered minor injuries while battling the blaze, according to fire officials.
