NH Man Arrested on Multiple Charges in Malden

Here are arrests made by Malden Police between Nov. 18-25:

NH Man Arrested on Multiple Charges in Malden

At 4:21 p.m. Nov. 25, Malden Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Laurel Street and Salem Street. Anthoney Silva, of 53 Famer Road, Hooksett, N.H., was arrested and charged with having an unregistered vehicle, attaching plates and operating a vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense.

Nov. 25

12:07 a.m.: Police were called to Lincoln Street for a report of a disturbance. Wilbert Augustin, of 21 Staples Ave., Everett, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Nov. 24

1:20 p.m.: Police responded to Salem Street on a report of a disturbance. Ca'Sandra Green, of 128 Salem St., Malden, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Nov. 19

5:34 p.m.: Police responded to Beach Street to assist with an insurance paperwork exchange following an accident. John Giarla, of 134 Grover St., Revere, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs.

10:12 p.m.: Police were called to Walnut Street on a report of a disturbance. David McGillick, of 21 Walnut St., Malden, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
