A man seen "committing a lewd act in the bushes" at Malden Center was arrested for alleged open and gross conduct Tuesday afternoon.
John Rodriguez 56, of Malden was reportedly seen with his genitalia fully exposed to passersby at 2 p.m.
Riders called MBTA Police as they witnessed the act, police said.
Rodriguez was taken into custody and is expected to be arraigned Wednesday.
