Malden Man Accused of A&B, Witness Intimidation

Here are arrests made by Malden Police between Nov. 4-10:

At 3:49 a.m. Nov. 5, Malden Police were called to Main Street on a trespassing-related call. Juan Gomez, of 556 Main St., Malden, was arrested and charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation. 

Nov. 10

12:04 a.m.: Police conducted a general investigation on Main Street and arrested Ruth O'Brien, of 10 Page St., Malden.

5:04 a.m.: Police responded to Salem Street for a trespassing-related call. Paul Bedard, of 140 Wellington Street Hill, Mattapan, was arrested.

10 p.m.: Police were called to Stop & Shop Supermarket on Charles Street for a report of shoplifting. Brian Straw, of 70 Tea Party Way, Malden, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, third offense.

Nov. 9

10:54 p.m.: Police were called to West Street on a report of indecent exposure. Daniel Harries, of 120 Mountain Ave., Malden, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

Nov. 7

6:48 p.m.: Police conducted a general investigation on Centre Street in the Bank of America area. Eric Lyons, of 175 Summer St., Malden, and Sarah Jones, of 194 Mt. Vernon St., Malden, were arrested and each charged with distributing a class B drug, possession to distribute a class B drug and conspiracy to violate a drug law.

4:55 p.m.: Police responded to the area of Commercial and Exchange Streets on a medical call. Thomas Waite, of 13 Evelyn Ave., Malden, was arrested.

6:59 p.m.: Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the Florence and Washington Streets area. Mitchell Cranfill, of 15 Linwood St., Malden, was arrested and charged with license revocation.
