Lawrence Man Arrested on Drug Charges in Malden
At 11:21 a.m. Sept. 18, Malden Police responded to the Vernon Street area. Anthony Alphonses, of 305 Prospect St., Lawrence, was arrested and charged with distributing a class A drug, possession to distribute a class A drug, possession of a false RMV document and unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
Sept. 17
9:22 a.m.: Police conducted a general investigation in the Milton and Salem Streets area. Phillip McElroy, of North Quincy, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
6:48 p.m.: Police conducted a general investigation near GameStop on Broadway. Doris Riordan, of 56 Fairview Ave., Malden, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
9:15 p.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop in the area of Main and Medford Streets. Yara Moutinho, of 17 Webster St., Everett, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
Sept. 18
2:20 p.m.: Police responded to the area of Charles and Russell Streets for a report of suspicious activity. Raymond Torrisi, of 15 Avon St., Lawrence.
Sept. 19
8:14 a.m.: While in the Adams and Commercial Streets area, police arrested Frederick MacNeill, of 296 Broadway, Malden, on a warrant.
11:46 a.m.: Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Eastern Avenue. Pamela Bartalini, of 347 Malden St., Medford, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and failure to stop.
8:09 p.m.: Police responded to the area of Stop & Shop on Charles Streets for a report of an allegedly drunk person. Christopher Torra, of 45 Harmony Lane, Methuen, was arrested.
8:42 p.m.: Police were called to Broadway on a report of a domestic. Adilson DaSilva, of 500 Broadway St., Malden, was arrested.
