Everett Man Arrested on Trio of Charges in Malden

Everett Man Arrested on Trio of Charges in Malden

At 9:16 a.m. Sept. 21, Malden Police responded to Broadway near Town Line Inn for a report of domestic. Mariano Hernandez, of 38 Woodville St., Everett, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, threatening to commit a crime and resisting arrest.

Sept. 20
1:02 a.m.: Converse Avenue, report of an assault. Mark Newhall, of 120 Converse Ave., Malden, was arrested and charged with assault.
10:27 a.m.: Police responded to Main Street. Michelle Looney, of 25 Clark St., Malden, was arrested.

11:15 a.m.: Police conducted a general investigation in the area of Harnden Road and Summer Street. Patrick Lopez, of 5 Holborn St., Dorchester, was arrested.

1:34 p.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop near Walgreens on Centre Street. Angel Ayala, of 69 Clark St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

Sept. 21

12:14 a.m.: Salem Street, report of a disturbance. Charles Countie, of 61 North Milton St., Malden, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace, attempting to commit a crime and malicious destruction of property over $250.
4:47 a.m.: Salem Street, report of a disturbance. Louise Lopez, of 33 Fairland St., Roxbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Sept. 22

2:19 a.m.: Lisbon Street, report of a disturbance. Daniel Gillis, of 10 Faulkner St., Malden, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

9:36 a.m.: Broadway, report of a disturbance. Claudia Caliano, of 500 Broadway, Malden, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

11:16 p.m.: Washington Street, report of a disturbance. Rebecca Cerullo, of 46 Lowell Ave., Newtonville, was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.
