Boston Man Accused of Assaulting a Malden Police Officer

Here are arrests made by Malden Police between Nov. 15-17:

Boston Man Accused of Assaulting a Police Officer

At 3:33 p.m. Nov. 16, Malden Police were called to Stop & Shop Supermarket on Charles Street for a report of shoplifting. Joseph Miraglia, of 444 Harrison Ave., Boston, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault and battery on an officer and assault and battery.

Nov. 17

5:27 p.m.: Police responded to Pearl Street on a report of Michael Tritto, of 149 Pearl St., Malden, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a felony count of nighttime breaking and entering into a boat/vehicle.

Nov. 16

12:58 a.m.: Police responded to Bryant Street and Eastern Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Gerald Wilson, of South Boston, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of an illegal knife, and Benjamin Morris, of 4885 Washington St., Malden, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

9:46 p.m.: Police were called to Maple Street to check on a motor vehicle. Nicholas Savini, of 85 Ravine Road, Medford, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a class A drug, subsequent offense.

Nov. 15

8:04 a.m.: Police responded to Porter Street and arrested William Porter, of 34 Porter St., Malden.

8:06 a.m.: Police were called to Summer Street and arrested Dapeng Yan, of 107 Summer Street, Malden.

8:06 a.m.: Police responded to Bowdoin Street and arrested Ernest Fielding, of 28 Bowdoin St., Malden.
