Arrests in Arlington: Jan. 8-15

There were five arrests from Tuesday, Jan. 8, to Tuesday, Jan. 15.

The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

No arrests

Monday, Jan. 14

Dominic J. Federico, 26, of Brattle Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 12:46 p.m. Monday on Mass. Ave. on an active court warrant. Federico’s warrant was out of Waltham District Court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. He was apprehended by police while allegedly shoplifting at the East Arlington Walgreens.

Sunday, Jan. 13

James T. Motherway, 20, of Exeter Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 2:26 a.m. Sunday on Exeter Street and charged with assault and battery. Motherway allegedly had an altercation with a woman that early morning/night.

Saturday, Jan. 12

No arrests

Friday, Jan. 11

and charged with attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, intimidating a witness and resisting arrest.

Thursday, Jan. 10

No arrests

Wednesday, Jan. 9

No arrests

Tuesday, Jan. 8

and charged with armed and masked robbery.

Yeah good job ... too bad the only reason they got caught was because the two dopes stole a car with LoJack in it....... How unlucky.... Ha Ha

Can't APD use a white background with height markings to make it look like a real mug shot, or could that prejudice a jury?

No John I wont..... I will say what I want. Those two dopes stole a car with LOJACK.... Thats how they got caught.
