5 Arrested on Assault Charges in Malden

Friday, May 23

Joseph Miraglia, Kenneth Daly and Joseph Maloney were arrested at 5:08 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church Malden, 493 Main St., and charged with open container/drinking in public. Miraglia was also charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.

Mehki Jordan, of 133 Blue Hill Ave., Boston, and Keon Harris, of 28 Newbury St., Malden, were arrested at 10:25 a.m. Friday at Malden Auto Repair, 17 Charles St., and charged with breaking and entering for felony at night. Jordan was also charged with breaking into a depository and possession to distribute a Class D drug.

Susan Resende, of 11 Clayton St., Malden, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Friday at 11 Clayton St. and charged with domestic assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Thursday, May 22

Joseph Trimble, of 702 Georgetown Drive, Hyde Park, and Emmanuel Francois, of 100 Perkins Ave., Brockton, were arrested at 8:06 p.m. Thursday at Centre and Ferry streets and charged with open container/drinking in public.

James Ward, of 760 Broadway, Everett, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Thursday at Dunkin’ Donuts, 57 Eastern Ave., and charged with assault and battery, unarmed robbery, malicious destruction of property over $250 and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense).

Nick Volmar, of 2066 Revere Beach Parkway, Revere, was arrested at 3:29 p.m. Thursday at 33 Maple St. and charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Alexandra Bohmbach was arrested at 1:35 p.m. Thursday at Walgreens, 185 Centre St., on a warrant for possession of a Class A drug.

Wednesday, May 21

Andrey Goncalves, of 6 Railroad Ave., Malden, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday at 6 Railroad Ave. and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Krystal Evans, of 119 Trenton St., Melrose, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. Wednesday at 25 Commercial St. on a warrant for possession of a Class A drug.

Christopher Drinan, of 60 River St., North Attleboro, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. Wednesday at 165 Eastern Ave. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and unarmed robbery.

Nelson Peguero, of 444 Harrison Ave., Boston, was arrested at 10 a.m. Wednesday at 166 Mountain Ave. and charged with malicious wanton property defacement.

Tuesday, May 20

John Yandle, of 166 Mountain Ave., Malden, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday at Pleasant and Washington streets and charged with open container/drinking in public.
