Why haven't they apprehended Shawn Clarks killers yet?
David Marsters March 19, 2014 at 12:26 PM
They need a witness or good evidence. No one wants to talk. Someone out there knows the killer or killers. Killers don't keep it to themselves. They like to brag about it to others they know.
