Cliffisde Commons Apartment Sell for $60 Million
The Real Reporter (www.therealreporter.com) reported this week the sale of the Cliffside Commons apartment building at 500 Broadway in Malden. The property was sold for $60 Million. The sellers of the 295 unit complex were Guardian Cliffside LLC and the buyers are Qianlong Management LLC.
