Community Update

It is my understanding that if Malden residents do not shovel their sidewalks there is a hefty fine.  The City has even gone as far as to provide us with a video of "how to shovel sidewalks".  Why is it if residents have to find a way to make the sidewalks in front of the property safe, the City does not have the same obligation!  For instance, the side walk going down Cross street abutting the park is not shoveled, not salted, etc.  Why is that?
