Boston Architectural College and the Malden River

Last night, I participated in a critique of student projects focusing on the Malden River at The Boston Architectural College (BAC) . 

The eleven students in the class each had five minutes to present their proposed project for the river, with ten minutes of discussion. It was inspiring to see the creative design challenges and solutions around the Malden River that the students are exploring. 

Projects included  a "Malden River Greenway," low-impact development opportunities along the river, habitat analysis, an innovative parking redesign, and even a Malden River swimming pool. 

Working with the instructors and students, we are exploring opportunities to share the students' completed design projects with the community at the end of the semester. Readers: Any ideas?
