Mystic Valley Swimmers Win Sixth Consecutive CAC Dual Meet Championship

With its recent victory over Northeast Regional Vocational School, the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School swim team has won its sixth consecutive Commonwealth Athletic Conference dual meet championship. The Eagles finished the 2012-2013 CAC season undefeated, earning victories over Greater Lawrence, Greater Lowell, Lynn Tech, Northeast, Blue Hills, Shawsheen, and Minuteman.

This year’s team has relied heavily on its depth. Nevertheless, several outstanding individual swimmers have emerged and performed superbly. Senior Robby DeSantis, freshman Christian Kinnon, and sophomore Nick Antonucci rank as the top three scorers for the boys. Freshman Caroline Williams, sophomore Ava Asai-Sarris, and seventh grader Maggie Finn are the girls’ top scorers.
