Kinnon & Bushee Named Swim MVPs

Senior Captains Shane Kinnon and Fallon Bushee Earn Swim MVP Honors

 

Seventeen swimmers from the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School swim team were honored on Tuesday for their outstanding accomplishments over the course of the 2011-2012 season.  Mystic Valley swimmers Fallon Bushee and Shane Kinnon also earned league MVP honors for their outstanding individual and relay performances. “While they are both immensely talented swimmers, Fallon and Shane have demonstrated that integrity, character, and hard work are qualities that are essential to success in the pool. We are extremely proud of their accomplishments, and will miss them next year” said head coach Alex Dan.

The CAC All Star Banquet, held at Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational School, included a luncheon and an awards ceremony. During the awards ceremony, Mystic Valley, as a team, was awarded trophies for winning the CAC dual-meet season title and the CAC League Meet (for both boys and girls).  The Eagles have now won these three awards for five consecutive years.

The 2011-2012 Mystic Valley CAC All Stars are Maaya Alagappan, Nick Antonucci, Ava Asai-Sarris, Fallon Bushee, Marisa Cagno, Robbie Cummings, Robby DeSantis, Karina Hanson, Giuseppe Iacovone, Zack Kelso, Christian Kinnon, Shane Kinnon, Allie Krasco, Michael Leung, Wilson Tran, Caroline Williams, and Emily Williams.
