The Mystic Valley girls’ soccer team recorded its eighth straight shutout on Monday beating Whittier Tech 4-0. The girls are now 7-0-1 on the season.
It was a struggle at times for the Eagles as Whittier out played the Eagles in first half and kept the game scoreless.
Mystic Valley picked up the intensity in the second half and made some adjustments that really paid off. Krystiana Dimaro scored 1:30 into the second half and the girls never looked back. Meghan Foley scored twice and Katarina scored once to round out the scoring.
