Chamber Hosts "Meet the Candidates" Breakfast!

On Tuesday, October 22nd the Malden Chamber of Commerce will host a “Meet the Candidates” Breakfast at Anthony’s of Malden from 7:30am to 9:30am.  This event will offer all candidates running for City Council an opportunity to share their platforms with both Malden residents and businesses. The breakfast will be recorded by MATV and broadcast regularly up until the November election.

Opening remarks will be given by Mayor Gary Christensen and Chamber President Jack Urbaczewski.  This will be followed by each candidate giving a short introduction and answering a 2 part question posed by the Chamber of Commerce: “What will you do to attract new business to Malden?  What is your plan to keep present businesses in Malden?”

The Malden Chamber of Commerce is a 350 member-strong business group that includes members from both government and non-profits organizations, as well as local businesses. Through events like this the Chamber continues to strive to promote understanding and cooperation within the Malden business community.
