What's Happening on Martin Luther King Day in Malden?

This week we answer the question: What's happening on Martin Luther King Day in Malden?

According to the City of Malden Facebook page, The Salvation Army Mystic Valley Massachusetts Corps, 213 Main St., will be hosting their third annual Martin Luther King Day of Service from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20.

At the Day of Service, volunteers will be collecting clothing for children, coats for men and women, as well as toys for children ages 0-10, according to an event flyer. 

A hot meal will be served from 12-1 p.m. 

The event is for Malden, Melrose, Everett and Medford residents, and attendees are asked to bring a photo ID and a recent utility bill.
