Karina Xavier, 15, a native of Brazil diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer, when she was 12, couldn't believe that Bundchen came to see her, according to the report.

"From the moment you surprised me, until the moment you left, I was so shocked for you being here with me! Thank you so much for taking time off of your day to come visit me and spend some time with me! Also thank you for your kind words and your very meaningful gifts," Xavier wrote on her Facebook page.

Xavier called Bundchen a "great person" that inspires her, according to the report. Bundchen is the wife of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Bundchen also took to her Facebook account to recall her visit with Xavier.

"It was a pleasure to see you again Chic by Karina. You are warrior, an inspiration of positivity and courage, I will be praying for you. Sending you love and light always," said the model in the Facebook post.

Bundchen first met Xavier two years ago during a Girl's Weekend event put on by Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, according to the report.
