FOOGI 5K Haunt Jaunt

The 8th Annual Halloween fun run will be held on Oct. 20th sponsored by Malden Taxi and the Dockside Restaurant! Registration begins 
at 8:30am the day of the race at the Oak Grove Community Building. You can also register online at www.friendsofoakgrove.org The event starts and ends at the Oak Grove Community Building, 6 Grove Street in Malden and loops around the Wyoming and Forestdale cemeteries for the perfect Halloween course. Make this your incentive to get healthy in the spirit of Halloween by coming in costume! Awards for all categories and to encourage running in costume, prize for best costume (must be participating in run or walk). Starting at 9:00am the Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy will be demonstrating stretching techniques led by Sifu Mai Du and once again, they will lead off the race with a 
drum demonstration. Back again are WROR, and Core Cardio Fitness to provide 
music, and pre-run warm up! Free long sleeve t-shirts to the first 125 registered 
participants. We continue to keep the registration fee at a low $20 so sign up soon to get your shirt! If you do not want to participate in the run or walk, just come out and support your community and enjoy the fun!
