Firearms Basic Safety Course for MA LTC

Do you want to apply for your LTC in MA? If so the law says you have to complete a basic safety class first. This class meets this criteria and completion will authorize you to apply for your LTC.

ABOUT THE CLASS:

The class runs about 4 hours in a class room setting. There is no live fire as live fire is not required by the state, therefore we can keep cost low. Students will learn how to properly and safely handle, unload, store and clean a revolver, pistol, rifle, shotgun and AR-15. Students will also learn the laws surrounding firearms in MA as well as how to apply for your LTC. You will receive a lecture, watch videos, practice hands on with (safe) real guns and take a short test. Upon completion you will receive a state police and NRA certificate which is what is needed to apply for your LTC.

COST: $85 or $75 if Military, Police or Fire with ID
