Over 140 Street Hockey Legends on 14 teams from Malden, residents past and present, age 35+ square off in a tournament at Linden Rink. Teams represent neighborhoods across Malden. Bruins Alumni will be suiting up as well and playing with the teams, signing autographs and taking pictures.
This event has dedicated all proceeds to benefit the new Malden Teen Enrichment Center. Also, it provides a positive, fun, community unifying event. It allows residents from all over to come and enjoy time with old and new friends and to hopefully inspire the youth of our city to engage in healthy active lifestyles, fair play, sportsmanship, conflict resolution through compromise and understanding.
There will be food, coffee and activities for the kids of all ages to participate in, Santa Claus will be coming by. We ask fans to be at the rink by 930am for the face off ceremonies and surprises!
