Lost and Found

There will be two free performances of Lost and Found, 10:00 a.m., December 18 and 19, 2012, at The John and Christina Markey Malden Senior Community Center, 7 Washington Street, Malden, Mass. The Immigrant Theater Group is comprised of students of The Immigrant Learning Center, Inc. (ILC) and who reside in Malden and surrounding communities.

The performers come from China, Haiti, Morocco, Nicaragua, Vietnam and Ukraine. They will share personal stories of the challenges and humor that arise from living in the United States with limited English-language skills.

The ILC Theater Program helps immigrants improve their English skills through writing and performing plays. These performances help the public gain a greater understanding of world cultures and the immigrant experience. All are welcome to attend.
