Basic Rights in Special Education

On Thursday, November 15th at the Linden STEAM Academy in the Cafeteria from 6:30-8:00 p.m. a workshop parents and caretakers of children with special needs are invited to a workshop on “The Basic Rights in Special Education.” 


Elizabeth Bostic  is a Parent Coach and an Educational  Advocate who will address the rights for students with special needs for up to student’s 22nd birthday. She will discuss collaborative ways to work with the school system for parents and caretakers  The goal is to help all work with the schools through the special education process . 


 This event is sponsored by the Malden Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) and the Federation for Children with Special Needs. All are welcome.
