Doctors Express Leases Space at Centre Plaza in Malden

Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Doctors Express has signed a 3,532 SF lease at 219 Centre Street in Malden’s Central Business District.

Doctors Express is a unique group of urgent care medical facilities opened in response to a growing need for immediate physician care in a convenient, comfortable environment. Its mission centers on the concept that urgent care should be provided by highly trained physicians, backed by a well-qualified staff, in comfortable and modern facilities.

“We encourage walk-in appointments for illnesses and injuries that can be treated outside of the traditional emergency room setting,” said Scott Sheridan, owner of Malden’s Doctors Express. “Patients do not need a referral to be seen, we take most major insurance plans including Medicare, and for patients without medical insurance we also offer very affordable self-pay options.”

Malden’s Doctors Express will be located in Combined Properties’s Centre Plaza, joining Dockside Restaurant, Gentle Dental, Malden Chiropractic, Tip Top Nails, and the US Coastguard. The nearly 20,000 SF retail strip is now 100% occupied.
