How Many Millionaires Live in Malden?

Tax returns from 2011 show that one out of every 10,062 Malden residents filed a million-dollar tax return.

Six Malden residents filed million-dollar tax returns in 2011, an increase of 50 percent over the previous year

That means that one out of every 10,062 residents filed a million-dollar return, reported the Boston Business Journal.

Malden is below the Massachusetts average by community, which was 51, as well as the state median of 14.

Boston, Newton, Wellesley, Weston and Cambridge were the top five for millionaires, according to BBJ.
