Harvest Moon Festival - 8th Annual

Oak Grove Improvement Association and the Chinese Culture Connection invite you to come and enjoy a day with the community at the 8th annual Harvest Moon Festival being held on Saturday, September 15 (11:00-3:30) at beautiful Fellsmere Pond in Malden.  This is a family-price-friendly event!

The theme of the festival is based on combining a traditional "Harvest Fest" with the Chinese "Moon Festival" to create the Harvest Moon Festival!  

A wonderful welcoming atmosphere of fun, talent and dedication is created by many civic organizations and businesses at this fun-filled day for all ages!

The 8th annual Harvest Moon Festival is full of:

  • Activities
  • Bounce Castle
  • Games
  • Live bands including Herb's Herd - a 15 piece Swing band, As the Sparrow and Malden's own Bad Rabbits
  • Performances by Dance with Brigitte, Chinese Culture Connection Multi-Art Performing Troupe, Byrnes Tang Soo Do Karate Studio, WahLum Kung Fu&Tai Chi Academy and Paula Terenzi’s Dance Complex!
  • Pony rides
  • Pumpkin decorating
  • Train Ride around Fellsmere Pond
  • and more.....
