Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi Students Bring Home Gold for Malden
The young athletes ranked internationally at a recent competition in Baltimore.
Students of Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy were honored by Mayor Gary Christenson this week after representing the city at the 25th annual International Kuoshu Competition in Baltimore.
The 31-member team was named "All-Around Champions" and brought home a number of medals.
“The significant keys to success are hard work and dedication”, Mayor Christenson told the students. “And you have proven that with this win.”
