 ies\, feel fit and meet new people! Join us for an energizing\, calorie 
 burning and fun workout moving to Salsa\, Merengue\, Swing\, Reggaeton a
 nd more!\n&nbsp\;\nClasses are offered by Medford Community Schools and 
 certified Zumba instructor and Medford resident Nanci Branson-Palladino.
 \n&nbsp\;Wear sneakers\, comfortable workout clothes and bring water.\n&
 nbsp\;\nOpen to all fitness levels\, teens and adults.\n&nbsp\;\nClasses
  are offered Wedneday's at 6:30 pm and Saturday's at 8:50 am for only $5
  each.\n&nbsp\;\nOnce you arrive at Medford High\, please enter through 
 door #31 located at the rear of the building (swimming pool entrance).\n

 r! Your feel great when you finish her class. I love that she has such a
  range of ages attending her classes. I wish she would teach everyday I
